You Rang is a Caller ID screen pop program that integrates with your Method account.

*Automatically matches caller's phone number to existing Method customer

*Takes you directly to the customer screen of the matched customer with one click

*Can be set to automatically open customer screen whenever a call comes in

*Automatically create a new activity for the call (optional)

*Works with Caller ID enabled modem or VOIP softphone with MS TAPI functionality. Caller ID service from your phone provider is required.

To add You Rang to your existing Method account, go to the My Account screen on the Customize tab and locate You Rang in the application library. Then click the add this app... button.
